Come on a Journaling Journey with me....

I want to take you on a journey with me.

As I am travelling on this new journey, I am going to be dealing with a lot of heart healing, purpose searching, and goal-making.  I am going to be asking myself some tough questions, making the time to spend in prayer and journaling and protecting the Sabbath (a new post coming soon about this one)

I know that I am a person who needs accountability and structure.  So I am asking you all to join me on this journey.  I know that I need this, and it will only benefit my family and me.  And that is enough motivation to keep me moving forward.

What am I asking you to join?  All I am asking is that you spend some time contemplating, journaling, blogging, drawing, and photographing through prompts that I will share each day.  I will post a picture to my Facebook and Instagram each day for the month of April, and it is up to you what you do with it each day.  Sound like fun!?

I'm excited because I know that I am craving this.  This time, to build into me, to ask myself the hard questions.  To spend dedicated time investing in me.  This time may look like 10 minutes waiting in the car line for my daughters, it may mean getting up 15 minutes earlier, it may mean closing my bedroom door and telling my family that I need 10 minutes, and it may also mean inviting my family on the journey to help me learn more about myself.

I am including my Journaling board on Pinterest, you can follow it if you like to come up with ideas of different and unique ways to journal.  I know that most of this month is going to be spent writing in my journal.  I have already purchased a new one because I am going to fill my current one quickly.

I am so excited to get started, and I hope that you will join me, because I need the encouragement and accountability.  Please share this with your friends, and maybe they can join you on this journey.  If you want to share on social media please use #journalyourjourney so that I can find you.  In whatever medium you choose to journal, I am excited to learn more about your journey.

You have been created for such a time as now!  Let's embrace this journey and be prepared for whatever adventure that God has prepared for us.

Look for the first step of your journey tomorrow on social media.  See you then!
