Each receives her own journal and guided practice, with moments created intentionally for conversation and bonding.

Hosting a My Journey Journal Workshop: The Journey Inside You is easy! Whether you're planning an in-person gathering, a virtual session via Zoom, or a group meeting in one location with a live virtual workshop, there's a flexible option to fit your needs.

Step 1: Choose Your Workshop Format

In-Person Workshop – Carolyn will travel to your location (travel fees may apply).

Live Zoom Workshop – Perfect for individuals or groups joining from different locations.

Virtual to Group Meeting – Your group gathers in one location while Carolyn leads the workshop live online.
Step 2: Select a Date & Time

Workshops are typically 2-3 hours, but timing can be adjusted to fit your group’s needs.

Daytime, evening, and weekend options are available.
Step 3: Order Journals for Participants
Each participant needs a My Journey Journal for the workshop.
