Welcome to the study!
My husband told me a story about how Albert Einstein wrote everything down in order to keep his mind open to new ideas. So I started to research it and found that Einstein had tons of journals where he kept track of everything.
While on a holiday in Ontario, our family visited the home of Alexander Graham Bell, during the tour of his home the guide told us about how he would write everything down. He would stay up all hours of the night to have quiet to invent and try new things. This has definitely changed the way I do things. With today's technology it is very different my personal assistant Siri records my appointments and reminders. Once it is confirmed in my phone my mind now has the freedom for new thoughts and ideas instead of being crammed full of "things" that I need to remember. Before we begin our study - let's start with getting all the clutter out of our minds. Grab a post-it, your phone, whatever you need and write down all the things that are cluttering your mind right now. Let's prepare by making our minds available to what is being taught and spoken through His Word. |
