This journaling workshop that will help you discover a practical, weekly journal that helps you develop an attitude of gratitude, intentionally live each day and choose to be brave with your life. Throw out any prior notion of what you think journaling is and be willing to try something new! Discover why putting pen to paper can be one of the most therapeutic things you can do for your wellness. You will get to explore who you are, what path you are on and gain clarity on where you want to go. Upcoming Journaling Workshops are a part of Culture Days in Saskatchewan! Journaling is about writing down your thoughts, feelings, memories, goals, and desires. It explores who you are, what you think and how you feel. Your written word allows you to get to know your true self. The workshop will be held: Friday, November 15th, 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Perfect Balance Yoga, in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
